SHIPPING POLICY

- We attempt to ship within 48 hours of receipt of order.
- Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or FEDEX Ground Service for an extra
  charge we can accommodate 2-3 day or overnight services. Each order is  
  unique.
- We would also be happy to discuss International shipping options with you.

RETURN POLICY:

We guarantee our products are free of damage or defect, we will replace or give a full merchandise credit for damaged or defective items up to 30 days of purchase. We accept returns for damage or defects only.

To initiate a return Contact the return department at :888.398.7458 to receive a return authorization number (RA #) upon receipt of returned item we will send a replacement item or issue a merchandise credit. We do not issue refunds If replacement is needed every effort will be made to replicate the original size shape & color, However each stone is unique in its shape size and coloring.
